We do not have set hourly rates. Primarily because our services vary so greatly, but also because different levels of expertise and different skills are necessary for each services as well as urgency can be a factor.

Do you work on a project basis or on contract?

Both. We try to build most project work into a plan that spreads across a time period for several reasons; depending on the services, it can take time to gather resources or see results; it can also alleviate financial impact on our clients to spread things out over a few months or longer.

How do you price your services?

We factor in the goals and the needs of the clients, services and attention needed, travel time as necessary, urgency, potential contractor use, software use and number of users needed, variability in cost of services such as Pay-per-click rate or SMS and phone third-party costs. We build a plan in partnership with you and give you multiple options to achieve the goals you've expressed within your budget.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. It is entirely possible to cancel at anytime. Our terms due require a short term notice. We do recommend different time periods based on services however. For instance, we recommend 3-6 months for SEO results to level off. Also, website functionality may be a project, but have ongoing fees for continued use of certain CRM services.

Who owns my website? Can I make edits?

You completely own your website. If we recreate your website on our platform, you may choose to reduce our relationship down to a hosting platform. You will have a login and the ability to make edits at any time.

Can we use our current website?

Absolutely! We can take your current website and replicate it within our platform before updating and optimizing it for your needs.

What if I can't afford to get marketing help?

We offer numerous free services! We offer free workshops on a regular basis, and have a YouTube Channel that is entirely free walk throughs of simple marketing actions.
