What is Google My Business?

Why should I use Google My Business?
Not only does a Google My Business account that is verified and optimized help you rank better on Google Search, but it also benefits you as acting both as a social media platform that assists you in sharing business information with the public and one that further supports your SEO.

You can also sync your GMB with your Bing Business account to ensure they have the same information. Gmb is also integrated with systems for local SEO reporting.

How do I get started with Google My Business?
If you have a well established business, you should be able to simple search for your business name and click on "Own this Business?" to begin the process of claiming the page OR navigate to https://www.google.com/business to get started.

What's your hourly rate?

We do not have set hourly rates. Primarily because our services vary so greatly, but also because different levels of expertise and different skills are necessary for each services as well as urgency can be a factor.

Do you work on a project basis or on contract?

Both. We try to build most project work into a plan that spreads across a time period for several reasons; depending on the services, it can take time to gather resources or see results; it can also alleviate financial impact on our clients to spread things out over a few months or longer.

How do you price your services?

We factor in the goals and the needs of the clients, services and attention needed, travel time as necessary, urgency, potential contractor use, software use and number of users needed, variability in cost of services such as Pay-per-click rate or SMS and phone third-party costs. We build a plan in partnership with you and give you multiple options to achieve the goals you've expressed within your budget.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. It is entirely possible to cancel at anytime. Our terms due require a short term notice. We do recommend different time periods based on services however. For instance, we recommend 3-6 months for SEO results to level off. Also, website functionality may be a project, but have ongoing fees for continued use of certain CRM services.

Who owns my website? Can I make edits?

You completely own your website. If we recreate your website on our platform, you may choose to reduce our relationship down to a hosting platform. You will have a login and the ability to make edits at any time.

Can we use our current website?

Absolutely! We can take your current website and replicate it within our platform before updating and optimizing it for your needs.

What if I can't afford to get marketing help?

We offer numerous free services! We offer free workshops on a regular basis, and have a YouTube Channel that is entirely free walk throughs of simple marketing actions. Please follow our social media for all the free content you can absorb and complete yourself. We also often have affordable groups and courses available for a low monthly fee or a low one-time fee. Lastly, we have Patreon for ongoing support as needed and at the level that suits you and you may can't us for one-off quick consulting calls at our Quick Consult NOW tab. We are here to help!

How do I know which option is best for me?

We would love to discuss your needs. Take some time to go through our website and look at all we have to offer. There are options ranging from DIY to Partnership to Chief Marketing Officer services.
